What is the Chapter Portal?
Chapters access Netforum through the Chapter Portal, a highly customized web-based interface developed specifically for AI chapters and available online 24/7.
The portal is a single stop for chapter needs, such as:
- Chapter rosters and membership information
- Scheduling education offerings and chapter events
- Viewing existing scheduled education offerings and events
- Viewing/updating chapter officers
- Accessing static informational links (Chapter Business Tools)
- Accessing Minimum Chapter Criteria
Chapters officers access the Chapter Portal by logging into their AI account and selecting the “Chapter Portal” link.
What is included in the Chapter Portal?
Chapter Business Tools
This page houses resources that assist chapters. You can find reports, policies and procedures, trainings, marketing resources and governance information.
Chapter Member Search
Allows chapter leaders to search, find and export active, suspended and terminated professionals and members of their chapter.
Reports
Various education, membership and financial reports
Minimum Chapter Criteria
This is where chapters report their annual requirements.

Chapter Standard Operating Procedures
The intent of the Chapter Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are to guide and assist with the submission process for Education Offerings and Minimum Chapter Criteria.
Invoices
Chapters can view and pay education material invoices.
Archived Offerings
Archived offerings are any offering created after 10/1/2019 and greater than one year based on the offering's end date.
Authorized Users
Chapter officers, including President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Education Chair, and chapter staff have access to the portal.
The Chapter Portal should display pertinent information related to the Chapter and provide access for the authorized User to add and update information AI needs to have access and visibility into.
Authorized Users should access the Chapter Portal through their My AI Account page. If a User is authorized to view more than one Chapter, they should first be presented with a list of authorized Chapters and choose which Chapter or Region they wish to go to.
