REVISED Course: Analyzing Defects, Damages, and Deficiencies in the New URAR – Chapter Support Center

This is an education announcement for the REVISED program titled Analyzing Defects, Damages, and Deficiencies in the New URAR for all offerings on or after May 19, 2026.

This is one in a series of companion courses to educate residential appraisers in successfully navigating and using the new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR). Analyzing Defects, Damages, and Deficiencies in the New URAR is a 3-hour program, which provides chapters with scheduling flexibility, such as combining a 4-hour program with a 3-hour companion program on the same day, scheduling a companion course to follow a chapter meeting, etc.
