The Chapter Appraiser Guidance Committee (CAGC) plays an important role in supporting the future of the appraisal profession. Per Regulation 8, the committee is responsible for facilitating engagement and support for individuals seeking to enter the profession, those who are new to the profession, and individuals interested in Appraisal Institute membership. The committee is also encouraged to coordinate programs and activities related to university relations, community outreach, professional development, and Candidate guidance.
